Right of withdrawal

1) Right of withdrawal for goods (shipped items)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. 

Consequences of withdrawal (goods):

We will refund all payments received from you (including standard delivery costs) without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of the return.

2) Right of withdrawal for missions without fixed appointment

For missions purchased without a fixed appointment and unlocked via a team token / digital access, a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract generally also applies – unless the right of withdrawal expires early (see section “Early expiry of the right of withdrawal”). 

3) No right of withdrawal for missions/challenges with fixed appointment

For contracts for services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for the performance at a specific date or period (e.g. booked appointment missions, live challenges on a certain date/time), there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Regardless, for missions/challenges with fixed appointments, we offer the following goodwill: Up to 48 hours before the appointment, you can reschedule or, upon request, receive a voucher of equivalent value. A cancellation is not possible.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

With the first redemption/activation of the team token (start of the mission), the contract performance is deemed to have begun. From this point on, cancellation/refund is excluded because the digital service has already been used.
